Brothers Accused Of Swiping $1800 Worth Of DVDs From Sam's Club
The second of the two brothers was arraigned Monday in court

A pair of brothers are accused of taking $1,800 worth of DVDs from the in Mentor.
The first of which, Justin Medema, at a Mentor retirement home and charged with theft.
Then the older brother, 35-year-old Chad Medema, also faces a felony county of theft after he was arraigned Monday morning in Mentor Municipal Court.

Both brothers are suspected of taking several DVDs from the retailer throughout February, Mentor Police Lt. Ken Zbiegien said.
Judge John Trebets set Chad Medema's bond at $8,000, which was not posted. His next court appearance is scheduled for April 16.

Either Medema brother could face up to a year in prison if he is convicted of felony theft.
