The rankings also spotlight strong runs by Gilmour, University, Benedictine, and Kenston heading into the holiday break.
   

• Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve coordinates 2025 Shop with a Cop (news-herald.com) — Mentor Police officers joined other Lake County departments to help children shop for holiday gifts during the 4th Annual Shop with a Cop at the Madison Walmart. Coordinated by the Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve, the event paired kids with officers, provided pizza, and gave 20 children $100 gift cards through a Walmart Foundation grant.
