I formerly served Lake County as a Special Prosecutor and as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Felony Division where I prosecuted criminals for crimes including murder, rape, burglary, drug trafficking, domestic violence, operating a vehicle intoxicated, and many other serious crimes.

Most recently, I was Magistrate and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Lake County Juvenile Court. While there, I was part of a leadership team that developed new programs to serve families and children while reducing our budget 25 percent.

My goal as Recorder would be to do more with less, as many Lake County Families have been doing for years. I would save taxpayer's money and provide better service by making documents available online, providing e-mail fraud alerts to citizens who desire them, and moving the county toward e-recording.
