Man Arrested for Public Indecency at Wendy's
Police said the man was intoxicated and exposed himself Sunday morning at the restaurant.
A man from Florida was arrested Sunday morning for public indecency at Wendy's on Mentor Avenue.
According to the Mentor Police Department Facebook page, Christine Nagy, 46, and 32-year-old Travis Pilcher were both drunk when they came to the restaurant around 2:15 a.m. At one point, Pilcher placed his genitals on a window, according to police.
Employees called police, who arrived and arrested Pilcher for disorderly conduct and public indecency. Nagy was charged with disorderly conduct.
Public indecency is a fourth-degree misdemeanor, while disorderly conduct is a minor misdemeanor.
Pilcher was scheduled to appear in Mentor Municipal Court Tuesday morning. Nagy has a hearing Sept. 18.
