Mentor Basketball State Semifinal Tickets on Sale Tuesday

You won't be able to click your mouse to get tickets to see the Mentor boy's basketball team compete in the state semifinals in Columbus this week.

Tickets will be sold from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday in the gym lobby at Mentor High School. The Division I semifinal will be played at 5:15 p.m. Friday at the Schottenstein Center on the campus of The Ohio State University. The Cardinals will take on Columbus Northland.

Advance tickets sold at school will cost $8, Mentor athletics secretary Sandy Lutz said. According to OHSAA, Terrace-level tickets can also be purchased at the gate for $12, while entry- and club-level tickets will cost $15.

OHSAA also makes tickets available on Ticketmaster, though seats purchased there can cost up to $18.

Mentor qualified for the state's final four after beating Shaker Heights by 20 points on Saturday.
