Mentor High Softball Coach Tom Horvath Steps Down
He will be replaced by Assistant Coach Faith Kover for the rest of the season

Softball Coach Tom Horvath has stepped down in the midst of his eighth season.
Assistant Coach Faith Kover will replace him until the end of the school year. Mentor Athletic Director Director Jeff Cassella said they would look for a new coach after the season.
Cassella said that Horvath resigned as coach for personal reasons but he will still work for the school as a math teacher.

According to cleveland.com, Horvath was 122-81 during his tenure as coach.
The Cardinals are 9-13 thus far this season.
