Mentor Police Looking To Identify Catalytic Converter Thieves
Ten catalytic converters were stolen from vehicles parked by apartment complexes during the weekend

are investigating a string of catalytic converter thefts that occurred over the weekend.
Ten converters were taken from cars parked in apartment complexes in the city including Queensdale, Mentor Mall Village, Park House and Deepwood, according to the department's Facebook page.
The thieves did not target a specific model of car, police said.

All the thefts occurred during the night.
Mentor Police are asking everyone -- especially apartment dwellers -- to keep an eye out for suspicious people and vehicles.
