More Construction To Close Lanes On Route 2 This Weekend
Lanes on a portion of State Route 2 between Lost Nation Road and Route 306, as well as an entrance ramp onto the interstate, will be closed from Friday through Monday

The Ohio Department of Transportation will close lanes on a portion of Route 2, as well as a Lost Nation Road entrance ramp, from Friday evening through Monday morning as construction continues on the interstate.
Construction crews will close two eastbound lanes on Route 2 between Lost Nation Road and Route 306 from 7 p.m. Friday through 6 a.m. Monday in order to perform pavement repairs.
Meanwhile, crews will also close the the southbound Lost Nation Road entrance ramp onto the westbound lanes of Route 2 during the same time span.

Motorists will be detoured via Erie Street to Vine Street to enter Route 2's westbound lanes.
This follows the state's Route 2 widening project.

The $181 million investment added lanes and improved noise and drainage issues along the route, according to ODOT.
