Jane Kurtz is accused of shoplifting. Again.
The 87-year-old woman from Chardon has already been convicted of petty theft four times before in . Now she faces two more petty theft charges, as well as a count of criminal trespassing.
She was arrested most recently Aug. 5 while at Great Lakes Mall. She was first spotted by security in the Dillard's Department Store, Mentor Police Sgt. Michael Kloski said.

Security recognized her, in part, because Kurtz isn't allowed to be in Dillard's due to a previous shoplifting conviction, Kloski said.
She left Dillard's and went to Macy's where security guards stopped her after she exited the store.

She had $166 worth of women's shirts that she had taken from Macy's on her and another $259 worth of shirts from Dillard's in her car, Kloski said.
Kurtz was arraigned Tuesday in Mentor Municipal Court. Judge John Trebets released her on a personal bond. Her next court appearance is scheduled for May 7.
Kurtz was convicted of petty theft in 1999, 2006, 2010 and 2011. After her most recent conviction, she was sentenced to 20 days in jail and 160 on house arrest.
