Council members and administration came to no conclusions this week. Some are in favor of an ordinance, while others do not think it's a priority and others think an ordinance might be a good idea but they're not sure if it can be enforced effectively.

So what do you think? Should there be a noise ordinance for ATVs and the like or is this ultimately not a big deal?

Additionally, if Council were to pursue legislation, how should they define if a person is being a nuisance or not? Should they base it on how loud a vehicle is or how long they've been riding at any given time?
