Revolution Boot Camp Coming to Mentor
The Planning Commission granted a conditional use permit for the business to open on Tyler Boulevard

The Mentor Planning Commission made way for a new fitness facility in the city at its most recent meeting.
The Commission granted a conditional use permit to Revolution Boot Camp to offer group fitness classes at 7507 Tyler Blvd., Suite B. The 2,500 square-foot studio is part of a 6,420 square-foot, multi-tenant building that includes Techni Craft Auto Service.
Commission voted unanimously in favor of the permit at the meeting on Thursday evening. Mentor Planning Administration Ric Spence said one the permit conditions is that applicants Lisa Schulze of Revolution Boot Camp and Pete Camarato of Tri-Cam Properties provide handicap parking with van accessibility and curb ramps, in accordance with the Ohio Accessibility Guidelines. The parking lot also must be lined by April 30 and a large rear trash dumpster must be fenced off.

The applicants do not plan to make any alterations to the building, Spence said.
A planning commission memo states that revolution's hours will be 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., though the majority of the classes will be held after 5 p.m. Spence nor the memo indicated a definite opening date for the business.
