Shift Manager Admits To Stealing From Steak 'N Shake

Marshall also paid $4,374 in restitution as part of his punishment, according to court records.
Judge John Trebets did not sentence Marshall Monday. Instead, Marshall remained out on bond until his sentencing hearing, which has not been scheduled yet.

As shift manager, Marshall would pay the waiters and waitresses at the end of their shift at Steak 'N Shake. However, he would sometimes falsify the transactions so it looked as if he was paying the servers two or three times and he would pocket the extra money, police said.
From Jan. 18 to Feb. 14, he took $2,600, according to police.
