Lace up your running shoes and join The Catholic Community of St. Gabriel for its 5th annual 5K Run & One Mile Walk at 8 a.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2016. The St. Gabriel Sprint will follow a challenging race course beginning at St. Gabriel, located at 9925 Johnnycake Ridge Road, Concord Township, and will wind through the neighborhoods surrounding the parish community. Proceeds from this event will benefit youth faith formation programs at the parish. The event begins at 8 a.m.; race day registration opens at 7 a.m. Performance T-shirts will be given to the first 175 registered 5K runners; awards for top three overall male and female runners and top three male and female runners in 10 age groups. There is chip timing for instant results! Runners and their families will end the race with a complimentary pancake breakfast!
