Women's Fashion Store Cato Is Coming To Mentor

Cato -- a clothing and fashion store that caters to women -- is opening March 15 in Mentor.

It sells jewelry, shoes and accessories, as well as women's clothing in sizes six to 26 and girls' sizes seven to 16.

Cato will occupy 7900 Plaza Blvd. in Great Lakes Plaza, which has been empty since World Market closed in 2009.

“With exclusive styles, on-trend fashions and low prices every day, our customers can always find their statement of style while enjoying their shopping experience at Cato. We are excited about the opening of our new store in Mentor,” said John Cato, the CEO of his namesake store, in a statement.

Tanya Meade will manage the new store. Before coming to Mentor, Meade worked at the Cato store in Madison for three years.
