Shaker Heights is one of the best cities to call home in the Buckeye State, according to a new ranking.
SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — Shaker Heights is among the best places to live in Ohio, according to a new ranking.
Shaker Heights was rated the third best town to call home in Ohio and the best in the Greater Cleveland area. Only Oakwood (No. 1 in Ohio) and Ottawa Hills (No. 2) were above Shaker in the rankings.
Niche, which analyzes schools and communities, released its 8th annual ranking of the best places to live in the U.S. this week. The lists can be broken down by state or metro areas. The company considered factors like "affordability, the local housing market, neighborhood diversity, area public schools, walkability, and more" when making its lists.
