Plus, City Hall and other municipal buildings will be closed Thursday due to the winter storm warning.

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH — With Shaker Heights under a winter storm warning, municipal leaders are issuing a citywide emergency snow parking ban.
The ban goes into effect at 7 p.m. Wednesday and will remain in place through 4 p.m. Friday. All parking on city streets will be banned during that time. Cars violating the ban could be ticketed and towed.
Snowplow crews will be working "around the clock" during the storm, city officials said. Main streets will be crews' first priority, followed by plowing and salting secondary roads and intersections.
