1. Call it a five-peat.
The Hathaway Brown's girls basketball team has done what no other Ohio girls basketball team has ever accomplished before -- won its fifth consecutive state title.
They beat the West Holmes Knights 56-44 and led most of the game.

This is the second year in a row where the Div. II state championship came down to Hathaway Brown and West Holmes.

By doing the Harlem Shake.
Furthermore, any team could just make one Shake video; but, when you're the champs, one video is not enough.
So in addition to their locker room Harlem Shake video, they also made one on the ice.
3. The Shaker Heights City School Board is getting closer and closer to picking a new superintendent.

The include David A. Bowlin, Director of Curriculum and Professional Development at The Center for Learning in Westlake; Gregory C. Hutchings, Director of PreK-12 Initiatives in the Alexandria City (Virginia) Public Schools; and Demond A. Means, Superintendent of the Mequon-Thiensville (Wisconsin) School District.
4. Shaker schools aren't just dominating sports tournaments lately.
They're also flexing their academic muscles.
The Shaker Heights High School Science Olympiad team has earned a berth in the State Science Olympiad Tournament.
It was one of only six teams to advance from the Case Western Reserve University Regional Science Olympiad Tournament on February 23.
5. Devon Smith , the eighth-grade Westlake Girl from Hathaway Brown School, has been found and is safe.
Westlake police said she was found near her home, hiding under a neighbor's deck. She had minor scrapes and bruising and was taken to the hospital for observation.
