"STOW SUMMER SUNSET BLAST IS A GO! We are excited to once again present the Stow Summer Sunset Blast, a family-oriented community event that is free and open to the entire community!
Join us for festival food, fireworks and FUN! The Blast is held each year at Silver Springs Park during Labor Day weekend. As always, there will be plenty of festive food, kid’s activities, inflatables, games, music, beer, live bands, and the best grand finale fireworks show in the area!

The two-day event is scheduled for September 4-5, 2021 from 5pm-10pm each night. Admission is free. Attendees will want to bring money for purchase of delicious festival food and beverages.
Some vendors take cash only. This is one of our best events of the year and there is something for everyone. We want to see as many residents as possible come out and enjoy themselves.
A mobile video game truck will be on site both nights from 5:00pm – 10:00pm, a petting zoo from 5:00pm – 8:00pm, Axe throwing from 5:00pm – 10:00pm, The Boy Band Night performs on Saturday from 7:00pm – 10:00pm, Old Skool Cleveland performs Sunday from 6:00pm – 10:00pm, and our famous fireworks display is on Sunday at 9:00pm to close out the holiday weekend.

Like many of you, we at the City of Stow are saddened to hear the news of the closure of Stow-Glen Retirement Village. This has affected so many people. We know that many of our residents have relatives that reside at Stow-Glen. Much has been accomplished over the last several days to find new senior living residences for Stow-Glen residents. I extend a helping hand to anyone who is still in need of assistance with their situation because of the closure. And, I want to thank all of the wonderful volunteers – students and adults – that have already come through with a helping hand. We truly have a very caring community!"
Sincerely,
Mayor John Pribonic
