A Stow apartment complex recently reported finding a pair having sex in the complex pool.
A leasing agent for Bridgewater Apartments at 4172 Bridgewater Parkway called Stow Police Sunday afternoon after finding a male and a female having sex in the apartment complex swimming pool.
Two women, one a resident of the complex, witnessed the offense and reported it, according to police.
The pair could face public indecency charges, which are a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
