• Ohio Goes to the Movies announces lineup for free, yearlong statewide film festival (cleveland.com) — Strongsville movie fans can catch a free screening of “Major League” at Cinemark Strongsville in SouthPark Mall on March 1 as part of the new Ohio Goes to the Movies statewide festival. The nearly yearlong series brings more than 280 free, Ohio-connected films to all 88 counties, with multiple other screenings scheduled across Northeast Ohio.
   

• High schooler faces charges after stealing blankets from vehicles parked at Polaris Career Center in Middleburg Heights (cleveland.com) — An 18-year-old Strongsville resident admitted to stealing blankets and leggings from two vehicles parked at Polaris Career Center in Middleburg Heights last month. Security video and a school official helped police identify him, and the items were recovered. Polaris staff were advised to check their cars for any other missing belongings.
