Road Work Will Cause Delays At Drake-Pearl

Construction on Drake Road near Pearl Road is expected to close lanes for about 60 days starting April 11.

Service Director Joe Walker said crews will tear out old concrete and replace it on Drake Road about 300-400 feet east of Pearl to 300-400 feet west of Pearl.

Drake Road will remain open, but lanes will close and traffic delays are expected. Motorists are asked to avoid that intersection altogether.
