MC Commissioners OK petition for new Opioid prosecutor (miamivalleytoday.com) — Meeting in Troy, Miami County commissioners moved to appoint a new special prosecutor for ongoing opioid-related litigation and approved key spending and contracts. They also advanced sewer and water rate changes effective with February 2026 bills and adopted the 2026 budget and five-year capital improvement plan that will shape local services and infrastructure.

Piqua, Troy bowlers compete at WSU Collegiate (miamivalleytoday.com) — Troy High School’s boys and girls bowling teams traveled to Dayton’s Poelking Lanes for the WSU Collegiate, with the boys placing 12th and the girls seventh.
