Burglary Interrupted By Westlake Resident: Police
Two Cleveland men are accused of breaking into a Westlake home, police announced.
WESTLAKE, OH β A Cleveland man broke into a Westlake home and was chased out by the resident on Wednesday, police said.
At midnight, a Bradley Road resident came home and found a stranger standing in his living room. The resident yelled at the man who ran out of the house and jumped into a waiting car and drove away, police said.
Surveillance cameras in the area allowed police to identify the vehicle and track down the suspect. He was identified as a 58-year-old Cleveland resident and was taken into custody for felony burglary, police said.

A second Clevelander was also linked to the break-in, police said. He was taken into custody on felony complicity to residential burglary.
Investigators believe both men may be linked to burglaries in neighboring cities, police added.
