Listen to 911 Call: ATM Taken in Smash and Grab Burglary at Westlake Gas Station
This Westlake BP was previously burgled in 2013, also to remove the ATM.
A white van crashed through the front of the BP gas station at 25466 Detroit Rd. early Sunday morning at around 5 a.m.
An employee preparing to open for business took cover out of sight and called 911 (listen to her 911 call below).
The employee told the 911 operator that 3 or possibly 4 masked suspects pulled the Citibank ATM loose from its foundation and loaded it into the van. The van then left a trail of broken glass onto I90 eastbound.

The same BP gas station was a burglary target in 2013 for the ATM.
The value of the ATM and its contents are being determined.
