Their attorneys argue state discovery rules allow access and say privacy concerns are overstated, with a court hearing set for early January.

Sofia Romero, whose husband is deployed and who lost a son in the military, says music helps her heal as she plays and teaches her children. She’s already planning to volunteer with her whole family when her husband briefly returns home in December.
