  1. Alondra Bazaldua of Oklahoma City was found unresponsive with another person in a bathroom Tuesday afternoon from what appeared to be a potential overdose while caring for her children. Bazaldua's children found her and the other individual unresponsive in the bathroom and went next door to alert the neighbor who called 911 for assistance. The fire department administered naloxone to the pair and Bazaldua regained consciousness; once she was medically cleared, she was arrested on a child neglect charge and is being held on a $50,000 bond. Bazaldua lives at home with her three children and her mother; her mother was not present at the time of the incident. (KFOR Oklahoma City)
  2. Oklahoma City police officers are currently investigating an accident that occurred early Thursday morning on South Western Avenue that resulted in the death of one man. Around 7:00 a.m., a pick-up truck driver was heading south when he claims a man jumped in front of his vehicle attempting to end his life; the driver stayed on the scene until the authorities arrived to explain the situation. The victim of the accident was pronounced dead on the scene; police have not identified the deceased man but have described him as a middle-aged man. (KOKH FOX25)
  3. Oklahoma City officer Manny Vasquez and Sgt. Alex Beloncik received a note of high praise from a woman who called them "real-life heroes" after their quick actions saved her 9-month-old son's life. The mother woke up to find her baby unresponsive with a baby monitor cord wrapped around his neck; her husband called 911 and the couple began to administer CPR as they awaited support to arrive. Officer Vasquez quickly arrived at the scene and was able to get the baby to begin breathing again before transporting him to an ambulance. (KOCO Oklahoma City)
