The Oklahoma State University chapter of the Mortar Board honor society recently named
students to its annual list of Top 10 Freshmen Men and Top 10 Freshmen Women for the
2020-21 freshmen class.
“Mortar Board is an honor society that values excellence in scholarship, leadership
and service,” said Klaire Irwin, president of OSU’s Mortar Board. “We are excited
to announce and represent a diverse group of Top 10 Men and Women that represent these
qualities.

Students selected for the honor are chosen based on scholarship, outstanding leadership
and community service. Students apply in their sophomore year based on achievement
during their first year in college. The Top 10 men and women were recognized at the
OSU-Baylor football game on Oct. 2.
