- A man is accused of trying to shoot a security guard Saturday at a Walmart in Belle Isle. 43-year-old Chartez Chappell pulled out a gun after the officer attempted to take the suspect into custody for shoplifting, police say. No one was hit by gunfire during the incident. (news9.com KWTV)
