Here are the top 3 stories today in Oklahoma City:

  1. Oklahoma City Police are investigating the disappearance of a child who went missing from Taft Middle School on Jan. 6. Witnesses say Keionne Jackson was last seen leaving out of the school's front doors around 4 p.m. wearing khaki pants, a red Taft middle school t-shirt, a black Nike zip-up jacket, and a light purple Reebok backpack. Jackson is about 5 foot 4 inches and weighs around 160 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Oklahoma City Police Department. (news9.com KWTV)
  2. The City Of Oklahoma is asking residents and business owners to turn off their automatic sprinkler systems when the threat of freezing weather moves into the metro. Water from sprinklers often causes streets to become slick and hazardous when the temperature dips below freezing. Watering during freezing weather can also cause damage to your irrigation system and plants. (Press Release Desk)
  3. Oklahoma City marathoners kicked off their training for the upcoming "Run to Remember" event. The three-mile training run began Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. at the National Memorial and Museum. The event marked the beginning of the group's annual 16-week training regimen. (KOCO Oklahoma City)
