City Of Tulsa: Spunky Creek Bridge Replacement Project To Begin Jan. 18

Construction of a new bridge on South 177th East Avenue (Lynn Lane) over Spunky Creek between East 12th Street and East 13th Street is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, Jan. 18. 

During this project, 177th East Avenue will be closed to through traffic between East 11th Street and East 13th Street. Access will remain open for driveways within the closure. A detour will be set up for traffic to use 11th Street, South 161st East Avenue and East 21st Street to get around the closure.

The City of Tulsa has contracted with Grade Line Construction for this $502,578 project funded by the Improve Our Tulsa sales tax. Completion of the project is scheduled for May 2022.
