Executive Campus/Regional Director of TU Dining Ed Daugherty expresses, "In our dining hall, every person entering our doors is not just part of a crowd but a unique individual deserving personalized attention."

Pat Case Dining Hall offers an extensive array of offerings, with a particular emphasis on catering to special dietary needs. The hall features Simple Servings, an award-winning program offering allergen-friendly meals prepared by certified chefs and servers. This commitment to inclusivity is further reflected in daily Halal meal options and Mindful Mondays, led by resident dietitian Diane Robison, promoting overall body health through educational sessions and monthly giveaways.

The menu planning process at Pat Case Dining Hall involves months of preparation, ensuring a consistently varied selection. The dining hall's culinary team invests significant time and effort into curating a menu that caters to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Responding to the surge in plant-based and vegan preferences, the dining hall introduced daily plant-based meal creations, enhancing the culinary experience across eight service stations.
