New Executive Director for Covenant Living at Inverness

Jacob Will Brings Depth of Experience for New Role

TULSA, Okla.: Covenant Living Communities & Services has named Jacob Will as its new executive director for Covenant Living at Inverness located in the Tulsa Hills district.

In his role, Will oversees all operations at the senior living community which offers area older adults residential living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and short- and long-term rehabilitation.

“The residents and employees here at Covenant Living have been so welcoming and I’m enjoying getting an opportunity to meet with all of them,” said Will. “This is a wonderful community, and it is exciting to work with and lead a great dedicated team, while continuing to provide exceptional service for our residents and their families.”

Will’s career spans 15 years in the field of senior living initially starting as a health care administrator in Kansas before moving to Tulsa where he joined another senior living organization. During his 14-year tenure there, he worked as a project manager in operations, director of assisted living, health care administrator and most recently as the vice president of health services.

Additionally, Will’s volunteer work with the Alzheimer’s Association has involved chairing the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, speaking at the annual Memory Gala and service on countless other committees and events. He joined the Oklahoma Alzheimer’s Association board in 2022.

Will earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in gerontology from Kansas State University.
