Here are the top stories in Tulsa today:

  1. Two young people are in custody after shots were fired at the Tulsa Dream Center. According to the Tulsa County Sheriff's department, shots went off when two teenage boys got into a fight at the Dream Center. No one was shot, but one of the teens is being treated for a non-life-threatening cut to the head. (KTUL)
  2. An IED bomb threat was rendered safely in Bixby yesterday morning. According to police, the IED was found in a car after a chase that began near 126th and Memorial. Police discovered the device after the driver exited the vehicle. OHP bomb squad was called to the scene and neutralized the bomb threat. (2 News Oklahoma KJRH Tulsa)
  3. David Ware has been sentenced to death by a Tulsa County jury. Ware was convicted of murdering Tulsa Police Sergeant Craig Johnson last week. Read the statements by Sergeant Johnson's wife and by Police Chief Wendell Franklin about the trial at the link. (News On 6)
