LA GRANDE, OR — You're driving along I-84, heading west. Being a good driver, you're prepared for all kinds of obstacles.

It's still early March so there could be snow and ice. There could have been a crash. There could be a long backup for reasons you know that may ever end out.

The plane lost power during flight and was able to land safely on the westbound lane of I-84.

The pilot and passenger were both unharmed and while traffic was backed u for a bit, it did not last long.
