Patch: Tell Patch a little about you and your organization!
Robin: I am the Development Director. This means I fundraise for our organization. I also became a Habitat homeowner in 2010. Bend Area Habitat for Humanity provides affordable housing opportunities for people in need of a decent place to live. We also have a ReStore, a home improvement center, where people can donate furniture, building materials and appliances and others can buy them at a discounted rate. This keeps all of those items out of the landfill. We are a great organization for people to volunteer with either at our construction sites or our ReStore.
