Gresham Police Say This Man's A Murder Suspect: Have You Seen Him
Gresham Police say that Isaac Cortez Bynum murdered Seneca Xavier Alexander.

GRESHAM, OR —Have you seen this man? He is 26-year-old Isaac Cortez Bynum, Jr.
Gresham Police say that he murdered 17-year-old Seneca Xavier Alexander and has been on the run since.
It was this past August 14 and police were called to the corner of NE 9th Street and Hood Avenue because someone told 911 that they had heard shots fired.

Police couldn't find a victim but soon after were called to SE Division and 182nd Avenue where a 911 caller said there was an injured man was seen not moving in a car.
The man, since identified as Alexander, was rushed to the hospital but it was too late. He was pronounced dead.

The medical examiner determined that Alexander had been shot to death and ruled it a homicide.
There is now a warrant for second degree murder for Bynum.
