Langston Harris is reportedly being charged with the 2017 murder of 22-year-old Jose Raul Boyzo-Hernandez.

HILLSBORO, OR — Police on Sunday arrested a 19-year-old Portland man in connection with the murder of Jose Raul Boyzo-Hernandez — whose death in 2017 was initially though to be a suicide.

Langston Amani Harris is being held at the Washington County Jail on one count of murder.

The investigation into Boyzo-Hernandez's death began Sept. 20, 2017, the day Hillsboro officers were dispatched to his residence in the 900-block of Southeast 13th Avenue in Hillsboro.

A 13-page affidavit justifying Harris' arrest is currently sealed along with most other court documents related to the case.

Harris' record, however, is not entirely sealed.

Harris was reportedly arrested in November 2016 and later convicted of unlawful possession of a firearm and attempt to commit a Class B felony.
