School districts in and around Abington Township are delaying the start of the day due to inclement weather.
EASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Several school districts have announced two-hour delayed openings due to the storm over the weekend.
Abington School District
All Abington School District Schools will open on a two-hour delay on Monday due to weather conditions.
Students are to report to their bus stops or schools two hours later than their usually scheduled time. Before-school care provided by the YMCA will not operate.

Cheltenham School District
Due to the drastic drop in temperature overnight and potential for significant refreeze, which could lead to hazardous driving conditions, Cheltenham School District will operate on a two-hour delay on Monday.
Right at School will be closed, and Eastern students will not have morning classes.

Hatboro-Horsham School District
To ensure a safe arrival to school, we will operate on a two-hour delay schedule on Monday. The school's operations staff will be in early on Monday to treat the walkways and parking lots again. Morning childcare services will begin at 8:30 am. School breakfast and lunch will be served. There is no Eastern Center AM session on Monday.
The School District of Jenkintown
Due to the inclement weather, The School District of Jenkintown will have a two-hour delayed opening on Monday.
