The Jenkintown-section complex is now marketing 18,000 square feet of third-floor space available February 1, highlighting strong local demographics and its mix of popular retailers along Old York Road.

The incident happened in a York Road home where the teen suspect had been staying for several days, and a formal arraignment is scheduled for early 2026.
