5 Fun Things To Do In Montco Area This Weekend

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — It's the last official weekend of summer, and a time to enjoy events that bring us a taste of the months to come.

While most communities are preparing for their fall festivals in the coming weeks, a bunch of high school bands will be getting in the school spirit on Saturday. There are car shows, races, a pumpkin painting party, a community day, and a festival focused on arts in Montgomery County.

13 Schools To Participate In Major Marching Band Competition In Phoenixville

Jenkintown Festival of the Arts Takes Place on Sunday

The Jenkintown Festival of the Arts takes place Sunday at the Jenkintown Town Square. The event is a vibrant celebration of creativity and culture. The town will come alive with incredible local art, live music, delicious food, and fun activities for all ages. 7th Annual Carpenter Cross In Horsham On Saturday

On Saturday, Horsham hosts the 7th Annual Carpenter Cross, a premier cyclocross race with a fresh twist. For this year, the race moves from Deep Meadow Park to Lukens Park for a special one-off edition. As the third round of the Pennsylvania Cyclocross Series (PACX), it will draw top riders from across the Northeast to battle it out on a fast, technical course.
