Underage drinking … Erinn Carlin, 20, of Spring Road, Malvern, was arrested May 5 at 1:20 a.m. after she was seen leaving a party in the 2900 block of Jenkintown Road, police said. She appeared to be intoxicated and had a blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent.

Criminal mischief and public drunkenness … Andrew Tighe, 30, of Cadwalader Avenue, Elkins Park, was arrested May 5 at 1:52 a.m. following an argument at McKinley Tavern in which Tighe left the bar and was seen slashing the complainant’s tire, police said.
Public drunkenness … Devin Zellner, 24, of Locust Road, Glenside, was arrested May 6 at 2:28 a.m. after police responded to the 600 block of Garfield Avenue and saw Zellner disoriented and sitting on a lawn, police said.

Disorderly conduct and public drunkenness … William Canada, 63, of Hamilton Avenue, Willow Grove, was arrested May 6 at 11:21 p.m. after police responded to the 2400 block of Old Welsh Road after nearby residents reported that Canada was banging on doors and windows. Canada was highly intoxicated, police said.
Harassment … Jeffrey Weinberb, 49, of Lee Lynn Lane, Huntingdon Valley, was arrested May 7 at 5:14 p.m. after the complainant found shtrub pots and yard debris in his yard. Weinberg had just planted large shrubs along his property line. There was a history of neighbor problems, police said.
