
Disorderly conduct and harassment … Rashon Singleton-Saunders, 18, of Wanamaker Road, Jenkintown, was arrested May 24 at 12:59 p.m. after a witness saw Singleton-Saunders throw a sandwich at a victim’s front window, police said.
Disorderly conduct … Thomas Feathers, 40, of North Ryan Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested May 22 at 9:50 p.m. following a traffic stop in Hillside Cemetery after it had closed, police said. According to police, there was drug paraphernalia in Feather’s vehicle.

Public drunkenness … Eric Hart, 22, of West Avenue, Elkins Park; and Julian Ward, 23, of Cadwalader Avenue, Elkins Park, were both charged with public drunkenness on May 22 at 12:48 a.m. after police were called to the 300 block of Cadwalader Avenue for the report of a suspicious, occupied, parked vehicle, police said. Hart and Ward were in the vehicle and both admitted to smoking marijuana.
Criminal mischief … Michael Bray Jr., 20, of Grovania Avenue, Abington, was arrested May 21 at 4:54 p.m. after a witness saw Bray break the right mirror and bend the left mirror of a vehicle parked in a lot in the 1500 block of Easton Road, police said.

Dog law violations … Kia Apgar, 44, of Rothley Avenue, Willow Grove; and Sharman Willis, 46, of Rothley Avenue, Willow Grove, were each charged with several Pennsylvania dog law violations on May 17 at 10:35 a.m., police said. According to police, a witness said that two dogs, later determined to be owned by Apgar and Willis, were running at large and unattended and attacked the complainant and the complainant’s dog as they walked along the 1400 block of Rothley Avenue. The dogs were not licensed and did not have rabies vaccinations.
