Hood, 32, of Osbourne Avenue, Roslyn, was arrested April 28 at 12:27 a.m. at his residence after he slapped someone one face following an argument, police said. In the house, K9 Matthews found a plastic container with suspected marijuana, a pipe, a marijuana grinder, several empty baggies, marijuana seeds and a digital scale. According to police, Hood admitted that the "pot" was his.

Uniform criminal extradition act … Blake Dean Cordero, 27, of North Fourth Street, Philadelphia, was arrested April 27 at 3:30 p.m. following a traffic stop by Upper Moreland Police in the corner of Old York and Old Welsh roads, police said. According to police, Cordero had an active warrant out of Cumberland County, N.J. for burglary and failure to appear.
Public drunkenness, possession of a small amount of marijuana and disorderly conduct … Matthew Cory Poust, 21, of the unit block of Mullen Road, Maple Glen, was arrested April 25 at 8 p.m. on the third-level of the parking garage at Willow Grove Park mall after he got into a black Chevrolet Tahoe. According to police, Poust, who had earlier been asking people for money in the food court, appeared to be intoxicated. Poust admitted to recently smoking synthetic marijuana and to taking a Klonopin pill. Poust said he was on probation and did not want to go to jail; he had K2 — synthetic marijuana — in his pants pocket.

Charles Donaldson Jenkins, 36, of Forrest Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested April 23 at 10:47 a.m. in Macy’s in Willow Grove Park mall after he grabbed an employee by the collar of the shirt and began to strangle the employee by lifting the employee off of the ground, police said. According to police, this happened in an employees-only room in the store. The employee, who knew Jenkins, was unable to breath and feared for the employee’s life.
Suspected DUI … Kristin Kozlowski, 26, of West Avenue, Jenkintown, was arrested April 12 at 1:13 a.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Keswick and Sylvania avenues for driving with expired registration, police said. According to police, Kozlowski smelled of alcohol and so did her vehicle. She failed a field sobriety test, but refused to have her blood drawn.
