
Underage drinking … Benjamin Devos, 19, of Summit Avenue, Fort Washington, was issued a non-traffic citation May 4 at 1:03 a.m. after Second Alarmers employees saw Devos, who appeared to be extremely intoxicated, staggering and falling along the 2300 block of Mount Carmel Avenue, police said.
Harassment and criminal mischief … Michael Brown, 27, of Harding Road, Southampton, was arrested May 2 at 11:52 p.m. after Brown damaged an apartment door during a domestic dispute at the Mt. Vernon Garden apartments, police said. Brown had left the scene prior to police arrival.

Retail theft … Ryan Robinson, 19, of Nedro Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested May 2 at 6:43 p.m. after he was stopped by Upper Moreland Police on Moreland Road after Macy’s security saw Robinson conceal $125 worth of merchandise in a plastic bag and leave without paying, police said.
Retail theft … Matthew Pasquarello, 23, of Norfolk Road, Rydal, was arrested May 2 at 4:31 p.m. at Genuardi’s in Huntingdon Valley after a store employee confronted Pasquarello after the employee saw him conceal store merchandise in his coat, police said.

Public drunkenness … Daniel Staerk, 26, of Susquehanna Road, Abington, was arrested April 26 at 1:56 a.m. following a call to the 7-Eleven at Easton Road and Keswick Avenue in which witnesses said that Staerk was lying in the bushes, police said. According to police, Staerk was in a physical altercation earlier in the store.
Underage drinking … Adam Saruya, 18, of Manor Avenue, Huntingdon Valley; and Michael Ramirez, 19, of State Street, Newtown, were both issued non-traffic citations April 14 at 2:30 a.m. after they were both stopped at Huntingdon Valley Shopping Center, police said. Both had tested positive for alcohol on a portable breath test.
