Disorderly conduct … Tarik Frison, 22, of Hilldale Road, Glenside, was arrested May 27 at 7:56 p.m. after witnesses saw Frison urinating on the sidewalk in the 2200 block of Woodland Road, police said.

Harassment … Michael Kuber, 57, of Curtis Avenue, Abington, was arrested May 27 at 6:53 p.m. following a domestic dispute in the 2100 block of Curtis Avenue in which Kuber grabbed and twisted the complainant’s arm, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Jamiah Rice, 21, of Trewellyn Avenue, Penllyn, was arrested May 27 at 1:37 a.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Susquehanna and Easton roads, police said. According to police, Rice had an open alcoholic beverage and a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle.

Public drunkenness … Kevin Carey, 54, of Rugby Street, Philadelphia, was arrested May 27 at 12:50 a.m. after police responded to a call and found Carey intoxicated in the 1500 block of Robinson Avenue, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Maurice Dinkins, 32, of Jackson Avenue, North Hills, was arrested May 26 at 2:13 p.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of North Hills and Mount Carmel avenues in which Dinkins, a passenger, had a small amount of marijuana, police said.

Animal running at large … Martin Lucas, 41, of Reach Street, Philadelphia, was arrested April 15 at 8:46 a.m. after police responded to a call and found Lucas’ dog walking in properties in the 1700 block of Prospect Avenue, police said.
