Public drunkenness … Karl Pritz, 55, of Summit Avenue, Jenkintown, was arrested March 29 at 1:11 p.m. after police saw Pritz stumbling along Easton Road near the corner of East Avenue, police said ... He was found to be intoxicated. 

Public drunkenness … William Boiston, 53, of Washington Lane, Jenkintown, was arrested March 30 at 4:23 p.m. after police saw Boiston screaming and waving his arms near the corner of Old York Road and Rodman Avenue, police said. He then walked into the road ... He was found to be intoxicated.

Disorderly conduct … Michael Silver, 26, of Stirling Street, Philadelphia, was arrested March 30 at 5:07 p.m. following a traffic stop near Huntingdon Valley shopping center after police found a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle, police said.

Public drunkenness … Ashley Horan, 27, of Duffield Street, Willow Grove, was arrested March 31 at 3:06 a.m. after police responded to the 300 block of Easton Road for a report of a woman slumped over in her vehicle with the engine running, police said. She was asleep in the car … and intoxicated.

Retail theft … Shafaar Castle, 18, of Somerset Street, Philadelphia, was arrested March 31 at 5:25 p.m. after Sears security saw Castle conceal $121 worth of store merchandise in a bag and leave without paying, police said.
