The journey will begin with a grounding meditation, intention setting, and gentle movement to open the spine and release tension. The breathwork portion will take place lying down, allowing you to fully surrender and explore at your own pace. We’ll close with deep relaxation and integration, giving you time to absorb the benefits of your practice.
