Catch A Movie Under The Stars In Abington's Alverthorpe Park Aug 17
Abington Township is inviting community members to a free showing of "DC League of Super-Pets" the evening of Thursday, Aug. 17.
ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Abington Township community members are invited to attend a free outdoor movie next week.
Alverthorpe Park will host a "Movie Under the Moon" movie night on Thursday, Aug 17.
The movie being shown is "DC League of Super-Pets."

The screening begins at 8 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own blankets and lawn chairs.

In the event of inclement weather, the movie will be shown Friday, Aug. 18.
"DC League of Super-Pets" is rated PG and stars Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as Superman's dog Krypto/Bark Kent and Kevin Hart as Batman's dog Ace/Bat-Hound.
The cast also includes Kate McKinnon, Keanu Reeves, John Krasinski, and Daveed Diggs.
Alverthorpe Park is located at Jenkintown Road and Forrest Avenue in Jenkintown.
