Deer Hunter Shot By Arrow In Cheltenham
Cheltenham Police said a man was struck with the arrow by another hunter on Tuesday afternoon in the township's Wyncote section.
CHELTENHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — A deer hunter was shot by an arrow on Tuesday afternoon in the township's Wyncote section.
The Cheltenham Township Police Department, Cheltenham Township Fire Department, and Cheltenham EMS responded at 3:48 p.m. Tuesday to the 7700 block of Green Valley Road for a report of an injured hunter.
Police said a 48-year-old man was deer hunting when he was shot with an arrow by another hunter.

The victim was transported to an area trauma center and is expected to survive, police said.
The hunter who shot the arrow remained on the scene, called for emergency response, and is cooperating with the investigation.
