Records from Montgomery County Common Pleas Court show that Burke pleaded guilty late last year to felony drug and gun charges.
Branca recently gave Burke between 10 and 20 years behind bars for his crimes, according to court records.
Patch previously reported that investigators armed with a search warrant found 6,500 packets of heroin inside Burke's Abington home during a search back in November 2019, along with a handgun that had an altered serial number.
The street value of the drugs reportedly totaled more than $100,000.
Court records show that Burke had been confined to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility since the time of his arrest in lieu of posting $500,000 bail.
